Onions, Garlic, Courgettes, Celery, Carrots, Peppers, Tomatoes,

Black beans, Kidney beans, Cumin, Salt, Peppers, Paprika, Chilli and Rice

For best results remove lid and cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven for the time specified. Cook until piping hot throughout.

Stir and enjoy.
